The Alpha Big Dot is exclusively designed for high-visibility indoor use. Its 4-inch characters and bright tri-color LEDs provide readability from up to 200 feet, depending on lighting, mounting position, message format and viewing conditions. The larger character height allows for ideal visibility in retail window and storefront applications. Messages are entered from a PC using AlphaNET Software. All signs can be networked and connected to a computer via RS232, RS485 or optional Ethernet to form an effective integrated visual information system.
The Alpha Big Dot can support fire and rescue station messaging, including dispatch alerts, incident updates and response coordination, when integrated with a compatible system. With compatible integration and appropriate placement, the display can supplement established emergency communication procedures when every second matters.
